Learned Counsel for the applicants, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted in the interest of justice. However, the applicants are protected till 5.00 p.m. of 14/07/2016. They shall cause their appearance before the Judicial Magistrate F.C.

It is made clear that the application has not been considered on merits. The learned Magistrate shall not be influenced by withdrawal of this application while considering the application of the present applicants u/s 437/439 of the Cr.P.C. 4.
