The proposal for verification of caste certificate is filed on 03-08-2021 and now the petitioners are seeking directions against the Committee, to decide it within a stipulated period. The petitioners have to blame themselves for the delay caused. We cannot issue positive directions against the Committee in such cases.

Considering that the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the committee may, if it is possible for it, make endeavour to decide it by the end of September, 2021. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 13th September, 2021.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
