The Petitioner claims to be a person, who has suffered acts of cheating and forgery by a Builder and Developer, who has constructed a building. The Petitioner was defrauded. 2.

Details of the fraud allegedly committed, are not set out in the petition. The Builder/Developer is not arrayed as a Respondent. A dispute between an individual and a private builder is brought before this Court, which has the semblance of criminal acts.

In view of the above, we do not deem it appropriate to entertain this petition under the Writ of Mandamus. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
