Mr. Lomte, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the work order has been issued to respondent no.3. The respondent no.3 in fact was disqualified. The test report submitted by him was manipulated. He got the test report within 37 hours. Minimum 58 hours are required for testing of the said samples.

The work order has been issued to respondent no.3 in August 2020. Six months have already lapsed. Except the objection that the test report is manipulated, no other objection is received. The test report has been relied by respondent no.2. The test report is issued by Vasavi College of Engineering (Autonomous). The

(2) 939-wp-3665-2021 petitioner is not in a position to substantiate as to how the test report is incorrect. The said test report has been considered before allotting the work order to respondent no.3.

In light of the above, no merit in the contentions of the petitioner. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
