Heard learned A.P.P. for the applicant/ State. In Special Case No.6/2011, accused No.2 Manohar Dadarao Borade has been convicted for offences punishable under the Prevention of Corruption Act. Criminal Appeal in that regard having No.236/2014 has already been admitted. Present Criminal Application by the State is against the acquittal of accused No.1 Parmeshwar Kundlik Holkar. The evidence with reference to respondent - accused Parmeshwar needs to be reconsidered. There is arguable case. Leave is granted. Application is converted into appeal. 2.
