The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only ground for rejection of the name of the petitioner for appointment from the project affected persons category is the mistake in the Project Affected Persons Certificate.

2] The learned counsel submits that the same has been corrected and the Rehabilitation Officer has given explanation. 3] We have heard the learned advocate for the respondent. 4] In view of the clarification given by the Rehabilitation Officer respondent shall reconsider case of the petitioner from project affected persons category on its own merits.
