This petition has been filed seeking directions to Respondent No.4 - husband to give his blood sample for DNA profiling for the purpose of ascertaining paternity of the fetus, the petitioner is carrying. 2.

In our view, this petition is too premature. The petitioner may institute proper proceeding, either civil or criminal and may seek such relief therein.
