Mr. Dhakne, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioner has given representation to the Respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of salary.

Mr. Tope, learned AGP submits that, in case, said representation is pending, the same would be decided on merits as per law. In light of the above, we pass following order.

ORDER

The Respondent No.2 shall decide the representation (Exh.'E' and 'F'), on its own merits in accordance with law and policy considering all relevant aspects of the matter, expeditiously and preferably within six months.
