1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent State and its officials.

2] By any standards, we cannot approve the reasons stated in the application. However, because of the mistake of the advocate, the litigant should not suffer, we allow the application in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C) . Writ petition Stamp No. 12605 of 2014, stands restored to its original file, subject to removal of office objections, on or before 7th January, 2019. We make it clear that if the office objections are not removed on or before 7th January, 2019, the order passed by Registrar (Judicial) on 8.12.2014 would get automatically revived.

3] Civil application is disposed of.
