Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

This Writ Petition pertains to the election of the year 2005 of the Village Panchayat Kantheshwar, Sategaon, Taluka Purna, District Parbhani. In connection with the said election, the Election Petition No.2 of 2005 came to be preferred before the Civil Court, Purna. The learned Judge of the Trial Court has allowed the Election Petition and set aside the election of the present petitioners. However, after the said election of the year 2005, twice the elections of the aforesaid Panchayat held.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Rule discharged.
