The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that during the pendency of this petition challenging notice dated 09.04.2025, an order dated 28.05.2025 is passed by the Respondent/Chief Officer of the Nagar Parishad. In that light, the Petitioners intend to amend the petition in view of the subsequent events.

In the interest of justice, the Civil Application No. 6506/2025 is allowed in terms of prayer made therein.
