It appears that amendment in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni Vs. State of Maharashtra and another [Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No.1324 of 2025], delivered on 3rd September, 2025 is already carried out. However, charge-sheet needs to be placed on record. Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has no objection.
