By this application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking restoration of writ petition which stood dismissed on account of non removal of office objections. Prayer is also made for condoning delay of 59 days in moving this application.

We have perused the contents of the application. We find that sufficient cause is made out for condoning delay and for allowing the application, although subject to office objections being removed. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Writ petition is restored, subject to office objections being removed within two weeks from today.
