Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP appearing for the respondents - State.

It is not in dispute that the Original Application filed by the petitioners is pending in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

Therefore, it is not desirable to take into consideration the merits of the contentions raised by the parties before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

The learned AGP appearing for the respondents - State submits that the services of the petitioners have been terminated vide order dated 22.06.2016 issued by the respondents and in all probabilities, they are relieved from the job.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the order of termination were not communicated to the petitioners immediately.

We do not wish to enter into the said controversy, suffice it to say that we have passed the order granting status-quo on 05.07.2016.

In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition with a hope that the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal will take up the pending Original Application for hearing at the earliest. 7.

Till the said Original Application is finally decided by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, interim order passed by this Court on 05.07.2016 shall remain in force.
