Heard. Both these applications can be disposed of by this common order.

These two applications seek quashing of Crime

( 2 ) crwp847.16 No.101 of 2012 and consequential proceeding in R.C.C. No. 205 of 2012 and Crime No.100 of 2012, registered with Pachora Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon. These complaints were apparently result of an incident that took place on 09.06.2012 at about 6.30 p.m. at Pachora. Both the complainants are present before us. They have filed affidavit in which they have stated that they have settled the dispute amicably. Both the complainants are working for news-papers. No serious injuries were caused during the incident. We are, therefore, inclined to allow these applications on payment of certain costs. 3.

Both the Criminal Writ Petitions are allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) of the petitions. The petitioners in each criminal writ petition shall deposit Rs.25,000/- (i.e.Rs.25,000/- + Rs.25,000/- = Rs.50,000/-) with Legal Aid Committee, High Court, Aurangabad, within two weeks from today.
