Heard learned counsel for the applicant in Criminal Application No. 2061 of 2020. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and disposed off accordingly.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant in Bail Application No. 1280 of 2020 for some time. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. Learned counsel however submits that the applicant is in jail in connection with the present vre/-

928-BA-1280-2020.odt crime since long and necessary directions may be given to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the case. Learned counsel further submits that the case is yet not committed to the Sessions Court.

In view of the above, leave granted. The application is disposed off as withdrawn. The applicant is at liberty to file an application for expeditious hearing of the case after the case is committed to the Sessions Court and upon filing such application, the trial court may consider the same.
