It is submitted that after the matter was adjourned by this Court on 09-09-2021, the Tahsildar on 16-09-2021 passed the order and one increment of the petitioner is stopped permanently. 2.

The petitioner will have to file appeal against the same. If any show cause notices are pending, the petitioner would file reply and may also bring it to the notice of the authority the order passed by the Tahsildar on 16-09-2021.

We are further constrained to observe that the petitioner was appointed as a Kotwal and the petitioner was being directed to do the Gajanan

work of a driver. The authorities cannot expect from the Kotwal to work as a driver. It is expected of the authorities not to extract the work from the employees of which they are not proficient and for which they are not appointed.
