Having heard learned A.P.P., who has strenuously opposed the anticipatory bail in the
2 Cri. Appln. 3644-2016 present crime i.e. Crime no. 81 of 2016 registered at Jalkot Police Station, Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under section 323, 504, 143, 147 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(1)(iv) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, for the reasons which are recorded by this Court while granting ad-interim protection to the applicants vide order dated 11th July, 2016, the Application stands allowed on the same terms and conditions. The following conditions are incorporated in addition.

In the event of the arrest of the applicants in Crime no. 81 of 2016 registered with Jalkot Police Station, Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under section 323, 504, 143, 147 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(1)(iv)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, they be released on bail upon their executing P.R. bonds in
3 Cri. Appln. 3644-2016 the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station, as and when called, as the applicants have already attended the Police Station on 16th and 17th July, 2016.

The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.
6.
Criminal Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
