When this petition is called out for hearing, the learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the proposal dated 25th April 2025, has been rejected by the Competent Authority. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.4 to reconsider the proposal dated 25th April 2025. 2.

In view of the fact that the said proposal has been rejected, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge said rejection on its own merits.
