By the present writ petition, the petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 12.11.2022 passed by the learned Member of National LokAdalat, Sangamner in Regular Civil Suit No. 964/2022 on the ground of fraud and other grounds.

Thereafter, the parties have entered in to compromise before this Court. They have substantially maintained the decree passed in Lok-Adalat. The petitioner has received additional consideration amount than the amount prescribed before the Lok-Adalat. The respondents have no objection for the same and as such, they have entered in to compromise. The said compromise is verified before the Registrar Judicial of this Court. The parties have admitted the contents of the compromise document and signatures on it and they made submission that they have entered into the compromise voluntarily and no force or fraud is played. 4.

Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise.
