Mr. Kudale, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is submitted to respondent no. 3 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner and the same is not yet decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3 and submits that if the proposal is filed by the institution and the same is pending, then the authority may decide it in accordance with law.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exh-D page 19) is pending with the authority, then the authority shall decide it in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
