This is the second application for restoration of Writ Petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner. It suffers from a delay of 139 days. 2.

The earlier application for restoration of Writ Petition was disposed of by an order dated 11.12.2024 which was allowed, subject to the Applicant paying cost of Rs.5,000/- and subject to removing office objections within four weeks. Both the conditions were not satisfied. 3.

We have read the contents of the application and the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that it is partly due to his own fault that this situation has arisen.

In the light of the statements made in the Application, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned. The Applicant is permitted to deposit the cost of Rs.5,000/- imposed as per order dated 11.12.2024 within four weeks from today.

Office objections shall also be removed within four weeks from today. If the aforesaid directions are complied within the stipulated period of time, the Writ Petition shall stand restored to file. The amount of cost of Rs.5,000/- as directed herein-above shall be made over by the Registry to Bhavani Vidhyarthi Kalyan Pratishthan, Arvi, State Bank of India, Shirur (Kasar) Branch.
