.

The submissions made show that after the decision of the Sub Divisional Officer of remand of the matter to Tahsildar for making inquiry as provided under the Hyderabad Tenancy Act, the inquiry was made and the matter is decided by the Tahsildar / Tenancy Court in favour of the socalled L.Rs. of the original protected tenant. In view of these circumstances, the present proceeding which is in respect of only mutation, which was set aside by the Deputy Collector in appeal cannot survive. So, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. Pending civil applications also stand disposed of.
