1) The application is filed for virtually review of the decision given by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.143 of 2015. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2) Though there is some delay caused in filing the application, learned counsel was allowed to argue the matter on merit.

2 Cr Application 3736/2015 3) The said proceeding was filed for the relief of quashing of the proceeding initiated on the basis of one F.I.R. The proceeding is filed under sections 7,13(1)(d) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. On the basis of the material collected against the present applicant, this Court held that it is not possible to quash the proceeding. Thus, finding is given by this Court. In view of bar under section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 this point cannot be opened again. 4) The proceeding stands dismissed.
