ORDER :

The petitioner prays for issuance of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction so as to deal with the impugned action of "ORAL DENIAL" of the benefits payable to the petitioner as per Farmers Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, on the ground of delay in filing the proposal.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner would file an application before respondent No. 2 within two weeks from today. The learned Advocate for respondent No. 2 submits that if such an application is filed, the same will be dealt with in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter.
