This application is filed seeking clarification as to whether Sarpanch of the village can assume the charge when the proceeding is pending before the learned Collector for declaration of Sarpanch as disqualified.

This Court has already decided the matter i.e. Writ Petition No. 6072/2025 by order dated 07.05.2025. No any clarification is required in said the order. This Court need not go to any other
