PER COURT :- When the matter is called out twice, none appears for the petitioner. This Petition is filed with the following prayer :- "b) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent nos. 2 to 3 to consider 12/12/2002 as the date of appointment of present petitioner with respondent no.5."

In support of the contentions raised in the Petition and aforementioned prayer, the petitioner has not placed any document on record. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on 20th October, 2015 prayed for four weeks time so as to enable him to place on record petitioner's appointment order or any other document showing that, he is working from the year 2002. Neither the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present nor such documents are placed on record. 3.

In the circumstances, it appears to this Court that, there is stale claim without placing on record supporting documents. The petition is filed in the year 2014, belatedly. In the circumstances, the Petition is rejected.
