Civil Application No. 6787/2025 is moved for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 6 Jobanbi w/o. Shaikh Ismail on record. There is delay of 1124 days caused in filing the application. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent No. 7 to 10 are the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 6, so also respondent Nos. 8 and 9 are the legal heirs of deceased respondent 6-C Shaikh Rafik s/o. Shaikh Ismailand they are already on record and they are represented by learned counsel Mr. R.P. Untwal. 3.

Considering the above submissions and for the reasons given in the application, the delay of 1124 days caused in filing the application is condoned. The application filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 6 is allowed. Legal heirs of the deceased respondent No. 6 be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the writ petition within two weeks.
