The learned AGP places on record two documents which are collectively marked as "X" for identification. 2.

There is no dispute that the Petitioners' applications under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, is pending

(( 2 )) 935,950-WP-7234, 7296-2024 adjudication. We have perused the queries raised by the Deputy Collector. Land Acquisition, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, vide communication dated 18.10.2023 (page 2 of the compilation X). We find several queries raised, to be frivolous. Nevertheless, the Petitioners will have to place a copy of the final award declared under Section 11, before the Deputy Collector. The affidavit declaring that no proceedings under Section 18 have been filed or decided or pending, is mentioned by way of a statement made in the application under Section 28A.

In view of the above, the pending application of the Petitioners shall be dealt with in accordance with law, within a period of 120 days from today.

With the above directions, the Writ Petitions are disposed off.
