IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO.4664 OF 2019 Nandkumar s/o Shankarrao Rasne Petitioners

Versus

Dharmavir s/o Govind Madan, deceased through LRs & others Respondents Mr.B.S.Shinde, Advocate for the petitioners.

CORAM : Ravindra V.Ghuge, J.

DATE : 02/07/2019 PER COURT :

This matter is heard for some time.

The petitioner had approached the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, praying for staying the execution proceedings. By the impugned order, the learned Principal District Judge has observed that the applicant can avail of an appropriate legal remedy if so desired and no directions can be issued on the administrative side.

- 2 - I do not find that the learned Principal District Judge has committed any error. The legal remedy, as may be permissible in law, is available to the petitioner.

Hence, this petition is disposed of.
