F. No. 1095 of 2024 on 05.07.2024. The said E-mail is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. The appellant, therefore, has instructed the Advocate to withdraw the Appeal.

In above view of the matter, present Family Court Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Resultantly, all the pending civil applications also stand disposed of.
