Heard the learned Counsel appearing for applicants and the learned Counsel appearing for non-applicant no.1. 2, Award of Rs. 15,93,500/- is challenged by the Insurance Company mainly on the ground that the same is exorbitant. 3.

Perused the impugned judgment and award. By now, applicants / original claimants have already withdrawn amount of Rs. 5,00,000/-.

Considering the stated reasons, applicants are now further allowed to withdraw amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- on furnishing personal undertaking of applicant no.1, that in the event of upsetting the award, they shall refund the amount within a period of one month. 5.
