This Petition was called out yesterday. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over to take instructions for withdrawal of the Petition.

Today, when the matter was called out in the First Session, none was present. We suo-moto granted a pass over. Even in the Second Session, none is present for the Petitioner when the matter is called out. 3.

Considering the above and keeping in view the pending proceedings before the DRT under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, we do not find it appropriate to exercise our Writ jurisdiction. [ 4.

This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
