We have perused the petition. The challenge raised is in respect of the order of remand issued by the District Supply Officer directing the Tahsildar to conduct re-enquiry and submit a report. It is informed that the proceedings in pursuance to the order dated 22.3.2016 are concluded. As such, the instant writ petition is rendered infructuous. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law in respect of his grievances.
