Learned AGP submits that the petitioners have a remedy before the Civil Court.

The petitioners are challenging notice issued to them for removal of temporary shed.

The matter would involve disputed questions of fact. It will be appropriate for the petitioners to avail remedy before the Civil Court as may be permissible in law.
