Heard learned Counsel for the applicant for some time.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. He, however, submits that the applicant, who is a student of Aeronautical Engineering, is detained in jail, in connection with present crime since 15th June, 2020. The learned Counsel submits that in view of the same, liberty may be granted to the applicant to fle an application for bail before the Sessions Court in the event, if the trial is not commenced within a period of six months.

Leave granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to fle an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court, in the event if the trial is not commenced within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
