Pune Municipal Corporation & Others, AIR 1996 Bom 304, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this Petition and approach the appropriate authority with regard to the grievance that the order dated 21.01.2008 passed by Respondent No.3 is not being implemented.
