Having considered the pleadings and the submissions of the learned Counsel, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent Nos.3 to 5, to ensure that the order passed by the Mamlatdar under Section 5(2) of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906 is duly implemented, provided there is no order passed by any authority or Court concerning the same issue.
