The petitioner has been aggrieved by the fact that though his appointment was granted approval initially, it has been subsequently cancelled by the Deputy Director of Education by the impugned order. 2.

The learned Advocate for the respondent no.4/ Head Master on instructions, submits that the petitioner's service has been put to an end by virtue of communication dated 28.03.2023. He places on record the copies of this communication.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the School Tribunal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977.
