This Court by order dated 10.6.2016 permitted the applicant to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent-State on condition of furnishing undertaking to the extent of 50% and 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicants are the poor farmers and they are unable to furnish solvent surety, however, the applicants are ready to furnish solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

In view of the above submissions, the order dated 10.6.2016 is modified to the extent of directing the applicant to furnish solvent security instead of solvent surety.

Civil Application accordingly disposed of.
