Heard Mr Kadam, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2.

Notice was issued by this Court on 18th July, 2018. By order dated 13th February, 2018, respondent no.2 appropriate authority was directed to take decision on the proposal submitted by the MIDC for deletion of writ land from SEZ within a period of four months from the date of the order. 3.

Mr Dande, learned A.G.P., on instructions, placed on record a copy of the notification published in the Government Gazette dated 14th December, 2018, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Perusal of the copy of the said notification shows that the

cp525.18 (2) order of this Court is complied with, though there is some delay. Mr Dande, learned A.G.P. submitted that delay is caused due to the procedural difficulty and there was no intention to deviate from the order of this Court. As the order of this Court is complied with, accepting the statement of the learned A.G.P. and as nothing survives in the petition, the contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. (S.M.
