On 24/04/2018, this Court granted leave to the petitioner to add parties and upon addition of the parties, notice was to be issued. However, documents were placed on record, but the parties were not added.

On 06/07/2018, the learned Advocate for the petitioner informed the Court that the petitioner has passed away and steps would be taken to bring the legal heirs on record. The earlier order allowing an amendment was recalled on request of the learned Advocate. However, no steps have been taken.
