This application is filed within limitation, praying for restoration of Civil Application No.9679/2022, which was dismissed in default on account of non-removal of office objections.

The learned Advocates representing the non-applicants oppose the application.

In the light of the submissions advanced and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed, on the following conditions :- (a) All office objections in Civil Application No.9679/2022 shall be removed on or before 07/10/2022.

(b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 01/07/2022 shall stand restored.

(c) After all office objections are removed, Civil Application No.9679/2022 shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default.

Subject to the above, list Civil Application No.9679/2022 in the 'urgent orders' category on 14/10/2022.
