2] Issue notice to the respondent - State. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the same.

3] Perused the earlier order passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.6232 of 2014 dated 4th February, 2015 wherein, it was noted that in the Writ Petition, the action of filing of F.I.R. was stayed and anticipatory bail for a period of six months was granted to the present applicant.

2 1-crappln3739.odt 4] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that said Writ Petition is still pending. It appears that due to grant of interim protection, the Writ Petition is not being circulated for urgent orders.

5] In the circumstances, the interim protection granted earlier for a period of six months, is hereby continued further only for a period of four months and by that time, if, no further progress would be there in the Writ Petition, the application to be filed subsequently, if any, would be decided on its own merit.

6] With these observations, present Criminal Application is disposed of.
