Present application has been filed by the original claimant for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs. 8,80,702/- has been deposited in this Court by respondent No.1. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that the appeal has been filed challenging the quantum, it would be in the interest of the parties to allow he applicant to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited subject to giving undertaking within a period of eight weeks that he would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal.
