Considering the reasons stated in the application it is apparent that the delay caused is on account of administrative reasons. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay of 27 days caused in filling the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered.

Mr. Mundada the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire amount under the award is deposited with the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation. In that view of the matter the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
