Petitioner No.1 Education Institution runs petitioner No.2 Primary School. They have submitted proposal seeking permission to run 5th to 8th standard by way of natural growth, on 27.04.2015. The proposal has been recommended by respondent No.4 Education Officer by letter dated 23.05.2017 and thereafter by further communication dated 18.06.2018. The proposal of the petitioners is pending with the respondent No.2 Director of Education, which is awaiting decision. This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent No.2 to decide the proposal of the petitioners within stipulated period. 3.
Respondent No.2 shall decide the proposal of the petitioners within a period of four weeks on its own merits and communicate its decision to the petitioners.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
