Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

The facts have been discussed in the order dated 12.08.2022. The allegations against the applicant are that he tried to snatch the ipad from the complainant and the co-accused assaulted him. Considering the facts of the case, the prosecution has no case for custodial interrogation. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed.

i) The application is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicant by order dated 12.08.2022 is confirmed on the same terms of the bail bonds with an
