There is only prayer in the petition to quash and set aside the order dated 16th April, 2016. In view of subsequent development after filing the present petition, the petition has become infructuous. If the parties are aggrieved by the orders passed by the Education Officer subsequent to filing the present petition, needless to observe that, if they are advised, they can avail the appropriate remedies as available in law.
