1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is poor agriculturist and that he was not able to file the appeal within time. The delay caused in filing the appeal is not intentional and deliberate. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Considering the said fact, the present application may be allowed.

2] For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
